What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customers needs and expectations are. My job is to educate the customer on any flooring that they are interested in. I walk the customer through the entire process. I handle the job from start to finish. We can either set an appointment for the customer to come in to the showroom or an appointment for me to measure. I can bring samples with me if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Flooring industry for 15 years.
