What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving an initial request for a quote or more information about a job we schedule a date and time to meet up. At the meeting we will go over the specifics of what you want done and answer any questions you might have about the process. After taking pictures and measurements I get right to work on typing up an estimate and provide it either same day or the day after our meeting. If you like the estimate I'll sign it and send you a copy, request any payment for materials and materials only at the time if required (larger jobs may require money down before starging). The money you put down to start the job is used for the sole purpose of acquiring your materials, I dont receive a dime out before I complete any work. If for some reason you decide not to use us for the job after you have payed the down payment then the full ammount will be sent back or your materials along with itemized receipts will be provided to you. For any changes that may happen that could change the cost of the job I will stop the work and consult with you first about what you want to do. That way when the work is done you know the exact ammount owed and wont be surprised by a larger bill.
