What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet the customers at their properties, second we get into a agreement to get starting their repairs, than last we do a follow up with customers on their's processing and around time may their projects will be finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for many pool companies through the years and a experience on many tasks for to fix, and resolve many problems that other companies can't do.

Replace inground vinyl liners, prices starting from $4,900 up to $12,000 depending on the size of the pool, ir if it has a tanning ledge, benches, etc.
To build a new inground vinyl liner pool, the prices starting from:
$$49,000 up to $150,000 depending on the size and the extras, like size of the concrete deck around the pool, SPA, Tanning ledge, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that when hired them, you will get what you looking for. Second don't hire someone you don't have any trust. I believe where there is no trust, things will turn not in goid terms.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure they have references, second call couple of them that gave good references about them, and make the right decision.
