What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer to obtain more information about the appliance in question and what problem(s) they may be experiencing. We offer them scheduling options as well as a courtesy call the day of the appointment. The technician will discuss any and all parts and labor costs that may be incurred and provide an eta on the parts arrival. Once the parts arrive we contact the customer and schedule the installation of the part(s) as early as the next business day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold an AAS in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Health Care Management and an MBA with emphasis in Human Resource Managament/ Marketing. I also hold a MS in Education. My partner holds an EPA certification combined with over 33 years experience in both the technical and managerial components of hte business.

Our service fee is $74.95.
Our labor is $80 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
My spouse started as a technician and worked his way up for a previous company before we started our own business. I manage the clerical/administrative side.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We currently work with several home warranty companies as well as extended warranty companies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Going above and beyond for customers who are deeply appreciative. We tend to offer complementarty services to our customers in an effort to increase customer satisfaction and promote our business to their friends, family and neighbors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. Do research. Ask if the techinicans and their vehicles are marked visible. Does the company offer invoices, estimates and receipts. Is there any warranty on the work performed or on the part(s) installed. What type of experience does the technician have. Does the company do background checks on their technicians.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have they tried troubleshooting or calling customer service for help before incurring a service fee.
