What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the customer to obtain more information about the appliance in question and what problem(s) they may be experiencing. We offer them scheduling options as well as a courtesy call the day of the appointment. The technician will discuss any and all parts and labor costs that may be incurred and provide an eta on the parts arrival. Once the parts arrive we contact the customer and schedule the installation of the part(s) as early as the next business day.

I currently hold an AAS in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Health Care Management and an MBA with emphasis in Human Resource Managament/ Marketing. I also hold a MS in Education. My partner holds an EPA certification combined with over 33 years experience in both the technical and managerial components of hte business.
