About
Everything is centered around our customer's satisfaction. We aim to offer competitively priced, professional service 100% of the time. We stand behind our work with a 90 day warranty, and because we are a member of the Good Contractor's List, you are covered by their $10,000 guarantee. If it isn't right, then it isn't done.
The people I help and the relationships I build with my customers are truly the thing I enjoy most. Everyday is a little different than the day before despite driving around Dallas/Fort Worth all day and working with locks and keys.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to be available when you need me to be. There are always going to be times that requested times are already taken, but I'll always try to accommodate your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If you're licensed/registered with the TXDPS, it is required to have 16 hours of continuing education credits every two years in order to keep your registration card. Of the 8 hours required every year, 1 hour must be an ethics class.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started in this business?
I got into locksmithing around the fall of 1999, through a friend who is a locksmith. He got me on the path that I've been on ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. Home owners, rental owners and tenants, just got married, about to get divorced, parents of unruly teens to keep out or toddlers to keep in the house, paranoid, uneducated, mensa members... All types...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't necessarily go with the lowest price. Remember, in life, you get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If re-keying, counting the total number of keyholes. This will help with a quicker, more accurate quote.
