Your Home Pet Care (YHPC) is based in Dallas, and we serve the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Our Team is geographically based and dedicated to providing professional care for your pets. We utilize technology to provide visibility for pet owners. All employees have passed a background check, and are pet CPR + First Aid certified. We take pet care seriously, and our policies reinforce our Credo. YHPC is insured & bonded.
YHPC provides a solution that carefully balances the human factor by maintaining a very selective hiring process. This practice combined with the right technology enables us to provide the highest level of care for your pets while providing accountability for pet owners. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is usually a call/email followed by an intro meeting. These generally last thirty minutes and during this time we gather the customer requirements and determine access to the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. Additionally, many bring unique animal backgrounds and education to complement their provider roles and responsibilities.
