What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do, is check if you are in our service area, then we reach out to our highly trained sitters that live within an 8-mile radius of your home. We do an initial social distancing meet and greet so you can meet your primary and backup sitters and show them your pet's routine. Our sitters wear masks and gloves to each visit and they wipe down any surfaces they may touch during the visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our sitters go through an extensive background and training session, to ensure they are giving your pet the best care. We train all sitters in giving medication, fluids, and injections.
