What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start with carefully understanding the client's home improvement needs. Once we are on the same page then we asses the property for proper measurements and installation. Then we send our new customer there estimate for there project. As soon as our agreement has been made we schedule our client's project and manage until completion. We also like to keep the client updated throughout the duration of the project. When the project is complete we then take the client on a final walkthrouh to ensure the clients absolute satisfaction!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Progressive 1 Roofing and Construction has a combined experience in roofing of 30 years. We properly train and manage all of our installers. Safety is very important to us and we take quarterly safety exams. Progressive 1 is certified to install GAF and CertainTeed shingles. Every client that has us install a roof is elgible for a limited lifetime warranty!
