What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The same as any other customer. I like to treat my customers like my family, anything I can do to help I will! I want my clients to feel comfortable with the person coming into their home and never hesitate to call no matter the reason. All our work is warrantied for two years no matter the job or customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My father was a master plumber and taught me everything I know I've been plumbing before I could talk. I'm now 27 and have worked for several plumbing companies all over Houston. I now own a business I opened with my wife recently and I'm able to teach my son the same way I was taught so long ago.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Service call: $350 This includes leaks, small clogs and simple installs. After hours emergency call: $500 Anything after 7 pm you call we will be there immediately!

How did you get started in this business?

I have worked all over Houston as a plumber or a plumbing supervisor, doing anything from whole home re pipes to swapping out shower heads. Plumbing is not something I take lightly as i have been in the industry for 15 years. My first job was at just 14 years old. Plumbing is something I'm extremely comfortable with and truly enjoy.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Starting my plumbing company with my wife. I am excited to be in control of all my own plumbing work starting everything myself. Handling the appointments, creating the job process and getting to see customer satisfaction in person when I complete the task. I'm also very excited I can provide a 2 year warranty on my work confidently!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Hire someone honest and dependable. Someone who wont price gouge. Go with your gut. But obviously I want you to choose us, we are family owned and operated and would love to have your business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

When they want it done or when they will be available. The price they want to pay.
