How did you get started in this business?
Luke Montgomery was working at Accounting Rox! when the idea for Nature Calls occurred to him. One day, while frustratedly picking up landmines in our backyard, listening to Gospel music, he was overwhelmed suddenly with an idea - nobody likes this job! He felt led to at least look into the Pet Waste Industry and he was shocked to find out how how detrimntal pet waste can be. After some research and convincing, and many, many puns, Nature Calls was born.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential customers at this time, but we are looking to expand into commercial opportunities as well, such as apartment complexes, parks, HOAs, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently attended the Bentwater Home & Lifestyle Show. We very much enjoyed introducing Nature Calls to the Bentwater Community and hearing about what pet specific needs they may have. We received a lot of good ideas & feedback from the community at this event and look forward to continuing our relationship in Bentwater.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
- Number of dogs / pets
- The time it takes to do these services yourself
- The struggle of finding a trustworthy person to care for your pet family
We hope to develop a relationship based on trust via our pet waste removal & dog walking services, so that when the need may arise for pet sitting, you have someone you know that you can call, and have peace of mind about taking that first post - COVID vacation.
