What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first is to introduce you to us and explain what we do and how we do it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through the NSPA and are able to legally work on your pool and pumps.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Chemicals only - $100 a month
Pump Filter clean - $125 done bi-annually
Basic cleaning (includes cleaning pool skimmers, skimming the pool, vacuuming, and chemicals) - starts at $150 a month for weekly service.
How did you get started in this business?
Todd started the business in 2016 when the oil field was in a slump but before then him and his older brother Perry have been around pools all their lives. Todd was on swim team, life guard, and swim instructor then taking courses in pool management and pump maintenance. Perry was on swim team, life guard instructor, and taking courses in pool maintenance as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers that have inground pools with concrete/gunite plaster. We do not work on above ground, vinyl, or fiberglass pools.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the pool pro you go with is certified to work on your pumps and is licensed and insured.
