FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Contact, introduction, view project, discuss method of execution, communication is of the  utmost importance.i want to get as close to the picture inside my customers  head as possible .complete the project, and out of they're lives until needed for another project

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Liscensed though the state since 2001,with yearly ,state mandated 8 hour continued education courses.25+years in the construction field ,from new homes to commercial bldgs. If my skill set doesn't cover your scope of work,I have the people with that skill set.Proffessionalism and quality at lowest possible cost to the customer.a true craftsman always puts quality first..give us a call.214 -301 -2763. thank you for your consideration

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It's hard to price most of these jobs on the site with someone elses vision.i try to get a general idea of what the customer  needs, and price it accordingly. If I get to that job and it's something more may charge a little more if it's something less I'll charge a little less. But I always let the customer know what's going on with  they're job on pricing, before proceeding.

How did you get started in this business?

My Grandfather got his master plumbing liscence the year I was born.all of his sons were plumbers,a few of us grandsons followed.on my daddy's side my grandfather relocated to Texas from the northern states in the early 1900's,bought his first crane ,and opened Bolton Steel & Erection ,he had 6 boys, all of Wich became certified welders .the company remained in buisness until 2015.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked in every part ,of  residential, and most commercial applications. From some ones beloved grandmother, content in staying in her single wide trailor home that she purchased ,with lot, down at the towns local campground. To someone's uncle John, the billionaire real estate mogel that  has never even seen this particular home he had built, and I collected the bill from a house manager.pretty much seen it all ,and am very greatful, and proud to have had the chance to work in all of these different generes of construction, and the service industry.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Be very careful of the lowest, dirt cheap,to good to be true guy.9 0ut of ten  times these are the people ,who have never even thought about cracking a book open to study for a test that will certify them to legally to work in a skilled trade in our state .it's one thing to know how to repair something.but knowing exactly how and why something needs to be done could very possibly affect the health of not just your home ,or place of business, but could also affect you and the health of your family.code, law, and rules are there to protect us.i would not want anyone working on my home, that has never opened a code book,or who has never been tested on theyre knowledge of a trade.be proud of what you call yours .and for our countries economy, use reputable, legal help.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Keep in mind the pro is trying to make you happy.he wants to give you the best price he can for a service and still give you the care and quality that you deserve.and also remember ,this is how he earns a living .His profits will feed his family next week.
