What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will contact the Owner which is Tim Jagneaux, to discuss the services and repairs needed. The individual will be informed on the best process to solve the situation and how to go about rendering the service required. A price will be reached that is agreed upon. Depending upon the amount of service and materials needed along with the pricing a payment schedule will be discussed to make the 2 parties involved most comfortable. Once these are agreed upon services a performed in a timely manner .
