What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial request comes in, it is acknowledged and we let the future client know someone will be in touch shortly. Scheduling availability is checked and a "Meet & Greet" is set. We meet with the pet parents & pets and decide if we're all a good match. House sitting meet and greets are similar but without pets. Needs are discussed and dates are set for these needs at that time.
