How did you get started in this business?

Make sure they are fully licensed by the TDLR and hire licensd electricians and don't give you an estimate over the phone without having a clear understanding and the depth of you project or sight unseen.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure that you include clear details of what they are looking for. Including any events that surrounded the issues. Any layout details such as attic access, high ceilings, any special or difficult areas that might present an issue.
