I like for my first visit to someone's home to first allow the customer to feel comfortable, and allow interaction as we do a walk through the hike to see are there any specifics that the client would like done, or pay attention to one area more than any other.

I learned cleaning the old fashion way, being told by my parents. I also learned by being a single mom of four children. 

My first clean I like to do a deep clean, and for reoccurring clients after the initial deep clean, the prices are reduced due to, well after a good thorough deep clean, nothing really left except just general maintenance, so I like to be fair with my clients on pricing, and honestly that's how they stay clients. I started a cleaning business because I was a single mom of four children, and working regular jobs kept me from participating in a lot of their activities, so I needed to do something were I could be flexible with time and make my own schedule, and something that came natural to me was cleaning a house, so I started SMASH CLEANING. I came up with the name one night thinking about single mothers. S.M.A.S.H. stands for

My expertise is residential, but I have also contracted with commercial clients on small jobs. I also contact with carpet cleaners.
