What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do meet personally or vídeo call to talk about the dog care they normally provide as special diet or any allergies of the dog and what the routine in feeding times, potty times, crate training, and exercise or times for walking routine or if they do prefer their dog not to go out for medical care or conditions, I do offer boarding and dog care, dog bath if is necessary, I do require references as well
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work with big breed dogs, rescue groups and being collaborating with groups from different breeds in playgrounds as well introduction to new members as pets a new dog in the family and basic commands as well training to use a crate for new dogs or rescue dogs as well, I do give medications if is necessary with the prescription of a veterinarian to follow up dog care I'm certified CPR and first aid for dogs with more than 10 years of experience in the field of love and care for doggies

How did you get started in this business?
I do have doggies has family members my whole life mostly big and the hunter breeds as well like German pointer old English shepherd, I'm experienced in working with rescue dogs that come from traumatic experiences and have had on my care big groups of dogs in feeding giving medications and baths and special care as well miniature breeds,
What types of customers have you worked with?
Normally doggie lovers and proud parents of furry kids like me, I do have two rescues as well and have been with me for years as my furry children people and friends that go out of town or some situations require to take care of their dogs for a week or a few days, I give them showers if their parents require me to do it as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always require that the personnel that take care of your dogs is CPR and first aid certified for dogs! Every professional care giver must Have a certification. Because dogs are family and it's very important to be professional in the care of Our furry kid!
