I let the customers explain to me in their best detail what they are wanting done at thier property, Residential or Commercial.
I ask questions and give feed back.
I offer them options & ideas. I explain to my customers the best I can on how I am going to repair their problem, or how i may go about building with new construction.
I will let my customers watch what i do, take pictures, video or what ever it may be that has them comftable with my workmanship. I'm not satisfied until my customers are completely happy. I will return if there is any issues with my work. I strive to have picture perfect results.
Showing up to a customers home or property and seeing how bummed they are about what ever problem there is. Then giving them the best price possible, doing the job to the highest standard and seeing their faces when I am done. That gives me gratitude. I love working on homes or properties. I am very grateful for the knowledge & know how to fix things the right way. I love helping people. I take pride in my work. I want the job done right so my customers tell there friends and family about me, & hopefully I can grow my business more from it.
