Southern Comfort LLC is a Tennessee-licensed contractor providing HVAC-R, electrical, and selective home-improvement services for residential and light-commercial customers throughout Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities, generally within 30–50 miles.

HVAC services include diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, system replacements, heat-pump and central-air installations, airflow and ductwork corrections, and related HVAC-R work. Electrical services include troubleshooting, outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, dedicated circuits, wiring repairs, disconnects, and breaker panels. Selective remodeling includes bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, drywall, painting, decks, roofing repairs, and related home improvements.

Standard service labor begins at $125 per hour. Materials generally include a 25% procurement and handling markup. Equipment, refrigerant, permits, inspections, disposal, and specialty services are additional. Card payments include a 3% processing charge. Larger repairs, replacements, and remodeling projects require a written estimate and generally a 40%–50% deposit, or materials plus 50% of labor upfront.

Qualifying repairs include a 90-day workmanship warranty. Qualifying HVAC installations may include up to a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty, subject to registration and manufacturer terms, plus a 1-year labor warranty.
