What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet for an estimate and discuss the job and pricing. If both parties agree to price, we set a date to start the job. We communicate with the customer from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took business in school which helps in marketing and running a business. We grew up in the trade we're in today, so we had hands on experience from an early age.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have recently been working a remodel job for a customer, that's included painting, floor restoration, floor installation, installing trim & baseboards, building a staircase, installing window screens, concrete refinishing, and more.
