What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First ill meet with them and discuss paint options as in colors, types of paint latex based /oil based and also the sheens - flat, semi-gloss, satin & eggshell. Once we've discussed what areas are being painted and colors for those areas ill draw up a billing invoice that we'll go over and discuss so that we both are in agreement and have an understanding so there is no surprises in the end. Then we'll discuss when you want the work done whether it's that week or 2 months away. We'll also discuss options with materials as well. Then the contract is made up with all the info and details we discuss and we both sign and date it and at that point we have a legal binding contract that binds us to the terms and conditions of the contract. Now the best part The work begins

How did you get started in this business?
My father has helped me start my business and got me where I am today. He's been a General Contractor for 50 years. So I developed a passion for several different trades from a young age

All different types of customers. Without my customers I wouldn't be able to have a business
