What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with our customers to make sure their property is able to have a pool. After that appointment we talk about design and location of their pool . Following up with a bid on the pool of their dreams. Once pool contract is worked out . We start the pool and we don’t leave until we are finished. Happy customer is the most important part of our business.
