What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and have a conversation with them on what they want. We walk them though the financing, design, budget, planning, permitting, ordering materials, etc etc
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured general contractors with over 200 years of combined experience building houses and remodeling homes.

Our standard pricing is based upon the type of project (see below). We have a fixed fee structure with full transparency and we don't mark-up materials or labor ( you receive all the estimates/quotes/invoices and you write the checks, so you will know exactly how much it actually cost).

How did you get started in this business?
We had our own bad contractor experience and after realizing that there is a better option out there than not getting what you want, we decided it was time we offered something different, that was also affordable to everyone.
