Giancarlo is very professional and I highly endorse his work. He has great design sense, has an impeccable eye for detail, is practical and understands how to make things function, as well as how to generate lasting solutions to structural, electrical, and plumbing issues. He performed a total renovation in my condominium that I enjoy coming home to everyday. Mr. Lorefice, was very helpful in selecting the best materials in building my new deck. Previously my home only had a set of concrete stairs to exit into my back yard. Not only did Paul demo and remove the previous structure, he advised and helped me to layout a much more convenient deck utilizing the space to host small outdoor gatherings and was able to save me money on my materials to build the deck. He is definitely a very honest, punctual, respectful, and hardworking young business owner. He will work 6 or 7 days a week if that is what it takes to get the job done and his office staff were also very helpful and respectful.
