What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and get to know them a little. I like to find out what exactly they are needing done in the home, find out which parts of the home they feel need the most love.

I am a Certified Professional Organizer since 2018'
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge one flat fee for each service depending on size of home. I offer extra add-on services at additional cost. I say 4 hours is what their getting of my time each cleaning BUT most my Clients know that I am very particular when it comes to the way I clean and so I've been known to stay at a job 6 hours before quitting. To ensure that the home is cleaned to my satisfaction as well as my Clients.
How did you get started in this business?
I have 5 sisters and knew at a very young age that I was good at cleaning and organizing.
