I price my services competitively and ask a lot of questions up front to understand the project completely.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get a notification, I will follow up with the customer to find out more about their project and setup a time to meet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience in the construction project industry, which gave me a deep understanding for project execution, budgeting, and the building materials market. I know how to identify specific needs for the customer so the end result is 100% satisfaction. I am a Certified Professional in Supply Management, i.e., I am ALWAYS cognizant of the planned vs actual elements of every job. This experience is a benefit to the customer because saving money is what I do. I do the research and make sure pricing is fair and justifiable.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Stay-at-home moms, retired folks, rental property owners, new homeowners, and some customers we never meet face-to-face.

The "complete by" date. The budget. Which aspects of the project are most important to you.
