We just had our Samsung 82inch tv repaired. They all were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, professional & personable. John was honest in recommending that I get a new tv after I told him my 10-year old tube tv wasn’t receiving signals any more. also, he was kind enough to help me decide on a replacement & if I needed help setting it up I could just call & he’d “walk me through” that process. HOW GREAT WAS THAT!!!
