Customers contact me or the office, I come out to the site, We walk and discuss their wants & needs. We execute a Free Estimate if the customer wishes to work with Us, we will sign a contract to prepare to do the work.

Been in Heavy Equipment since 1980, run a General Contracting company for 30+ years. Background in Business & Real Estate

When I was a little girl I build the first underground Condo in South Carolina while venturing to Dad's office to do books & run Heavy equipment while other little girls were playing with dolls I was conducting business in Charleston SC with my Pops

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a very outstanding elder of my community who has a beautiful home on, Lake Monticello. He has had a roof leak forever, no one would help, much less come to inspect. The one who did inspect insisted on a new roof (Water = $$$) Go figure. We repaired the roof for free, AND made a wonderful friend who will correspond and coordinate with Me on helping the elders, Disabled, Veterans, Single Moms, with FREE repairs in my community. I Sleep GOOD!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, Check insurance, ask for references. NEVER give money without a clear contract - scope of work - timeline, etc. of what is to be done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
ask about products, ask about timeline ask if they do the work OR subcontractor IF YES ASK about subs?!
