What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We the scope and timeline via phone or email. If the project seems like a good fit we go over a typical budget for this type of project and if the client is interested we set up a time to meet on site and review the project details.

Yes, we have very detailed standard pricing for everything from tile to roofing. From trim to siding.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in 2002 by purchasing a 3 family and doing some of my own renovations. Since then I have bought, sold and Redeveloped many properties. I always had a hard time finding good contractors so decided to become one myself and launched buildPROS in 2008. Since then we have competed many existing residential and commercial projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. Young and elderly, first time home buyers and seasoned investors, Christians, Muslims and LGBTQ. We have had great experiences with all of the above and do not discriminate in any way.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently attended an event where a developer for whom we are managing an 18 unit commercial building construction on Brown University campus was honored for his contribution to the city.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who is in tune with your needs, your budget and is willing to take the time to listen to you. Make sure they have your best interest in mind, not theirs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what you expect as the end result from the project. What will it look lik?
