What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get the customers address and know what they need an estimate for I will either meet with the customer and also measure and price the job or drop by and get the measurements I need then make an appointment with the person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed with the states of Massachusetts and the state of Rhode Island. I have a full four year degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and I have been to many many classes afforded by the manufacturers in the roofing and siding industry.

Most jobs are priced per square foot or by measuring the linear footage.
How did you get started in this business?
I would work on weekends, after school, and during summer vacation since I was 13 years old with my stepfather who started the business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from rich to average to commercial to residential.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We just finished building a 48 foot long maintenance free deck along side a 20 foot by 12 foot three season room with new thermopane vinyl windows and a custom oak floor for $60,000.00
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To check them out throughly for licensing, insurance and with the B. B. B. for any complaints that might be lodged against them.

What exactly they want to accomplish and how much they want to spend.
