What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a call or email we will schedule an initial meet and get all the info and ideas we can from our client. We will then take measurements and make a drawing for our sales guy. When we receive the price for the material then we can figure a price and contact our client with the price for the project. If they are satisfied with the price we will start the customer a file and we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of experience in fence and deck building and various other construction.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a standard pricing system that is very reasonable and to keep it fair we use the same system for all clients. There are exceptions we're willing to make for certain clients and we never mind going the extra mile for someone and help them out.
How did you get started in this business?
We are all highly trained generational carpenters.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with various types of clients from small home owners to business owners. We've worked with your everyday citizens and for people who work for our city/state. We've done work for American Steel co. and also put temp fence up on the Ben Franklin Bridge when the Pope came to Philadelphia.
