What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us. Schedule an appoinment for pick up. Our team shows up, loads everything, does all the lifting. We haul away everything and recycle, dispose, or reuse.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service training is the number one skill we rely on. Helping people requires listening skills to understand specific needs. We spend a good amount of time on safety, loading, and securing loads.
