What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically when I work with a new customer I get a scope of what they need. I do My best to make them comfortable and confident that I am the pro for the job(if needed I will refer to a specialist) I let them take lead though.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am semi-retired. Worked in construction all of My life. Went to New Castle School of Trades(1990 grad)I am registered with NCCER(National center for const.Ed.&research)and have a Bachelor's Degree in Home Inspection. I started out in new home ind.eventually to move onto residential property maintenance and remodeling.

Generally I like to figure hours involved and total cost of materials together for a quote.
