What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come to the location of requested work to look over the property, get a lay of the land, and discuss the needs and wants of the customer. We put all of the details in a written proposal with terms and conditions of the contract. We are not pushy, we let the customer decide how much or little they would like to do. We are always available for answering questions and providing details by phone or email. If need be we can come back out and walk the customer through the proposal in person step by step. Paul
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served a 5 year apprenticeship and graduated with Local #5 IBEW. I also worked on many large projects in the city of Pittsburgh for over20 years. I also took the exam and passed as a contractor licensed in the City of Pittsburgh. I bought, remodeled, and sold several properties in my career as well. Paul
