What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate the job, give you a bid on it, and we go from there and create a start date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built our 1st house at 24 years old and have been doing this all my life.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I bid the job for labor price only, not by the hour. I am given 50% upfront and the rest of the pay upon completion of the job done to the satisfaction of the homeowner.
How did you get started in this business?
My parents, 4 brothers and I built our 1st home when I was 14 years old.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done work for homeowners, rental companies, property preservation companies, and have done work for Commercial Maintenance companies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I fabricated 3 barn doors for my first time months ago, for a kitchen pantry and outside deck entry for my bestfriends sister and brother-in-law and I was amazed at the BEAUTIFUL outcome of the project!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be SURE to check his refrences!!!!!!! So many people do this type of work without the proper skills and mindset, and I have had to REDO SO MANY FAKE HANDYMAN'S WORK.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Exactly what the end result is, that they desire.
