What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospect contacts Raymond Landscaping, looking for particular services. Prospect will be asked about; service or project goals, prior experience using a landscaping contractor & budget range that they want to stay within.
After determining that Raymond is a good fit for thier needs we will meet at the property for a consult.
An estimate or contract will be prepared within 5 business days of the consult. Team member will review with the prospect and deterimine a "start date". Deposit or full payment will be collected along with signed contract.
Services performed. Raymond landscaping will follow up on projects and confirm satisfaction. If ongoing services are being recieved, our team members will check in periodically to make sure everyone is happy.
