What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we enjoy starting the process with a phone call. This starts open communication and starts to fulfill our tagline, "Know What to Expect - Inspect!" by educating you about the inspection and testing process. We uncover your needs, concerns, and possible lender requirements. Custom quotations are provided and multiple service discounted extended. We coordinate access with the appropriate parties and e-mail you (and your agent) with confirmation of your appointment, description of services ordered, and necessary paperwork.
We encourage attendance at the appointment to have an open dialogue with the inspector. Your report(s) are e-mailed the next business day.
Our team is happy to answer any questions or be a resource after your services are performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Inspectors are certified through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the Department of Agriculture as Certified Pesticide Applicators (as required by the Agreement of Sale for Termite Inspections), and the PA DEP for Radon Testing.
Rigorous in-house training and continuing education occur.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on age and square footage of a property.
Multiple service discounts apply when services are ordered with a Home Inspection as well as discounted pricing on the additional services.
To provide the best price possible, a custom quotation is provided for each client either over the phone or via e-mail.

We have worked with first-time and seasoned homebuyers, sellers, real estate agents, investors, and concerned homeowners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When it comes to buying or maintaining a house, we understand that costs add up quickly, but factors other than price should be considered. We liken it to skydiving: would you want the cheapest parachute? Not likely.
How long have they been around? Are they willing to take the time to answer your questions? Is there an office staff to answer your calls or do you have the leave a message? What are their credentials? Are they subcontracting services to other companies?
Choosing the right inspection company based on these factors will contribute to a smooth real estate transaction and homeownership.
