What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can contact us via phone or text for the fastest service. We will work with you and your realtor to set up for an inspection quickly. We can do home inspections, radon testing and water testing. We prefer you to come to the inspections so that we can walk you through the property and point out defects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified, fully insured and a member of PHII and interNACHI home inspection organizations. I was a licensed electrician and plumber for many years. We love helping others find their perfect home.

We got tired of paying ridiculous home inspection prices, so we started doing them ourselves and quickly realized the need in our community.

Before signing an agreement of sale you must request to have the home inspections completed. Don't let anyone talk you out of getting the inspections, that could cost you thousands of dollars in repairs later.
