What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Estimate, choose options, schedule start date, 10% deposit, on start date 50% of balance due, block off house with dust barriers, remove 1/4 round, sanding with 16, 36, 60, 80 and 100 grit then screen sand with 120 grit, water pop the floor, stain, sanding sealer, sand down grain raise, two or three coats of water based poly, replace 1/4 round.
