What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would have to say the customer should go with the company that makes them feel Comfortable and also demonstrates his or her knowledge of what they are looking to have done. also the company should know a ball park figure if not they haven't been doing this type of work long or this could be there first job! always ask questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1). Cost $ be realistic with your self you cant get a dream make-over job for peanuts, and if you find someone who promises you all kinds of stuff for dirt cheap you ain't going to like what you get if you get anything at all.
2). What types of finishes they would want done.
