What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call them and discuss their issue. Then schedule a time to come and out diagnose what exactly is going on. From their, give them a quote of what and if they want to proceed, schedule a time that would work best for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Electrical Engineering Degree from Temple University and I am a certified Master Electrician through the International Code Council.

Pricing structure is based on a number factors. I do not quote numbers until I understand the scope of the work that is entailed.
