coming to see the customer and getting a full description and details of exactly what they want done and giving a few suggestions listening to and helping with their ideas and concerns, discussions on what they ultimately would like and the decision is theirs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in carpentry and building trades, I also have my Oshah 30 certification and I have been in the business for over 25 years.
