Various types of customers. There are customers with huge budgets and there are low budgets also. People who are hard to work with and others that were a breeze. Character is everything. Lovely People, hard working family People. Single mothers, and Elderly Grandmother's as well. No matter the person, the job is DONE RIGHT!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I refinished a lady's steps. They were in bad shape, but I brought life back to them. She was super happy and she bragged to all her neighbors. She even gave me a very very Generous tip.

Budget and planning of events. Such as, materials and material cost, preparation for work area, scheduling the work days, also, what finishing products do you want. A customer should examine and prep for every step of the process.
