I had a serious basement flooding problem. I had my basement waterproofed 2 times. it didn't work! I can't say enough wonderful things about this work! The crew, let by Damian, showed up on time and were outstanding. They kept the job as clean as possible ( yes, there is some dust, but this a construction project!) He explained the entire process before they began and answered any of my questions throughout the day. The crew worked so hard and the final product was amazing! The Basement Waterproofing Specialists team showed up on time and got right to work. They finished the project in only 2 days. Other companies told us it would take them a couple months to even start the project and then it would take 4+ days to complete. BWS came ready to work 1 week after we signed the contract. The team was hard working and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. Two days after they finished the basement we got A LOT of rain, and the basement was as dry as could be. We recently had a contractor tell us we had the driest city basement has had ever seen.
