How did you get started in this business?
I have a business partner that been in business for himself for many years and recognized my work ethic and ability. He encourged my entry in the business space. With his recommendation and invesment I started my company and haven't looked back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, commercial and industrial customers. My customer service is tough to beat and my desire to keep it that way serves the best interests of my customers in a way that drives a mutually beneficial relationship that is very hard to find in todays market.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My recommendation is to gather several quotes for a specific service; at least three. Any contractor that pressures you to hire them will have a substantial probability of falling short of expectations. Establish those expectations early and do not allow the compromise of quality for speed. The extra dollar you spend will later in life save you ten.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What exactly are you looking to accomplish with the work requested? Is there a need for an upgrade due perfomance or out dated equipment/wiring? What can I expect to spend in my region/area code on the work that needs done?
