What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to speak with the customer , gather any info I need to estimate the project properly, schedule an in person consultation to view the work to be performed, collect a deposit, perform the work on time and on budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many awards in the trade I have earned over the years. I am also certified in many different aspects of the construction trades.
