What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone, text, or email request to establish details for loved ones needs. Next we set up a meet to visually follow desired routine such as walk path, favorite toys and play. Food and treat location. Household tasks needed such as mail, plants. Typically, we will check in with a friendly text. After that we communicate any way or for as much as you feel comfortable and of course fun pics of our visits
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in business that directly relates to effective scheduling and communication with my clients.
I've raised six Irish Terriors, one with diabetes that needed insulin injections. I administer meds for those pets in need. Senior pets and furbabies with special needs I particularly enjoy making sure they are comfortable and loved.
I also am a member of Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pa for over 10 years. Fundraising, event participation, planning, and fostering are great days to contribute to a great cause😀💥
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My typical 1/2 hr visit is $20. Overnights are $80 with an AM and PM visit included. I offer loyalty cards periodcally too. And of course discounts on weekly and extended stays if applicable.
How did you get started in this business?
Love of pets. I also enjoy the outdoors. Its very gratifying seeing how happy the sweet pets are to see me for their fun and engaging visit. Seriously lots of conversations. I have become a staple in many owners lives knowing i am there for them and their loved ones.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many gracious clients have contributed to one of the best decisions I've made in life to care for their loved ones! We communicate respectively with understanding and love for the pets. We text, speak on the phone, leave notes and work together daily to establish many trusting relationships. 😃
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Years of experience with pets and being fully insured are two reasons. I am mature and diligent. When you are away expect your doors locked and you pets are safe after my visit.
