What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we cover all Covid-19 related safety steps to implement before, during and after installation, then we discuss their needs and goals. After the selection of a product we discuss a day of convenience to install the customers flooring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A Certified Flooring Installer and also hold certifications in brand categories such as Mannington, Forbo, Congoleum, Armstrong, Masland, Carristan and many more.
