What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
depending on the job you have we will either send out a liscensed electician in a well stocked service van to jump in and start working to correcct your service issue or we will send out an electrican for a no cost estimate if it's a larger job that we need to come look at to estimate. We have some of the lowest service rates in the area and never charge to come look at your larger jobs for estimating purposes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pro Tech Power employees fully liscenced journeyman and apprentice electricians. To be come a journeyman there is an extensive 4 year program of both on the job training as well as classroom training, after the training process they must pass the state of Oregon's electrical exam to recieve their Oregon journeymans liscence.
