What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to set up an appointment to inspect the work that needs to get done. If it's something simple, we fix it on the spot. If the job requires troubleshooting or bidding we set up a day & time that works for the customers schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of experience. In that time I completed a 5 year union electrical apprenticeship in various fields from residential, to tenant improvements, new construction, & industrial. I've worked in the field as a journeyman electrician for the past 8 plus years.
